Please note, submitting this application does not guarantee that your event will take place on the requested date and location. A Kitchener Events staff member will be in touch in regards to your application.

Due to the volume of requests that are received throughout the year it is recommended that you follow up with a member of the Kitchener Events team to schedule a meeting to discuss proposed plans.

Will your event utilize tents?   
Will your event utilize a stage?   
Will your event require a road closure?   
Will alcohol be served at your event?   
Will your event be catered?   
Will your event use pyrotechnics or fireworks?   
Will food be available on site? If yes, you will need to contact public health and complete a special event coordinator notification form 45 days prior to your event.

Will you be hiring Waterloo Regional Police Services (paid duty officers) for your event?   
Will you be hiring security for your event?

See below for site plan options. If your event is held at one of these locations use the template. Print the document, mark up your site plan, scan and attach it. If your event location is not in the list below please attach your own. Please note: site plan approval will be required a minimum of four weeks prior to your event.
